My Bourneville Choc biscotti baileys cupcakes!

 40z of caster sugar, 40z of butter, 3 1/2oz of self rasing flour and a tablespoon of cocoa powder and 2 eggs. (gas mark 4 for 15 mins) and then the buttercream topping was, 250g of unsalted butter, 600g of icing sugar, 2 tablespoons of Biscotti flavoured baileys and 1table spoon of vanilla extract xx
